Milind Sarwate has over 39 years of experience in Finance, HR, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Product Supply across various sectors; largely consumer products & services in groups like Marico and Godrej. He has held various positions at Marico, including CFO and CHRO and was also a member of Marico’s Group Executive Committee. He is on various Boards including Asian Paints, FSN E-commerce, Mahindra Finance, Matrimony.com and CEAT Limited. Milind has received the ICAI Award -CFO - FMCG category in 2011 & the CNBC TV-18 Best Performing CFO Award -FMCG & Retail in 2012. During 2013, the CFO India magazine inducted Milind to the CFO India Hall of Fame. Milind is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant & Company Secretary. He is a CII-Fulbright Fellow (Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, (USA).

Srinivas Kantheti has extensive experience of over 41 years, dedicating 21 of them to the two-wheeler industry. Srinivas headed the Auto Finance Business of Bajaj Auto, building a portfolio of two and three-wheeler loans successfully. He was also the President of the Motorcycle Business at Bajaj Auto, heading the entire two-wheeler domestic business. As WheelsEMI MD, Srinivas overlooks Strategy Formulation and Execution. He is a keen reader and dabbles in photography.

Karunakaran has over 41 years of domain expertise in retail and channel finance, consumer durables and automobiles with reputed companies like Usha International Ltd, Transamerica, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Auto Ltd and Bajaj Finance Ltd. Karuna, as he is known, is an expert in start-ups and turn around, having been involved in leadership roles in setting up Transamerica and in the turnaround of Bajaj Finance Ltd. In retail finance, he has handled P&L role  and  has earlier headed various functions like sales, inventory funding, collections, risk, credit, legal and operations. Karuna is a very passionate sportsman; EPL being his favourite.

Dilip Apte has over 43 years of experience in various fields. He began his career with Kirloskar Group, where he served as Head - Finance, Secretarial and Compliance of Kirloskar Paints Ltd. He has over 26 years of hands-on experience at HDFC Ltd. in handling retail operations, channels, deposit mobilization and corporate relations. He was also instrumental in setting up the first mortgage bank in the Egyptian private sector. Presently, he is a member of Advisory Board of JMP Advisors Pvt. Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant, he also served two terms in the Regional Council WIRC. He was also the Vice-Chairman of the Council responsible for 38 branches of the Institute in the Western Region.

Aditya Parekh is the Co-Founder and Designated Partner of Faering Capital Advisors LLP & Faering Capital Pvt. Ltd. He has over 19 years of global & Indian experience in PE & IB space. Earlier, he was appointed as Indian Advisor to the Old Lane India Opportunities Fund where he was responsible for identification, evaluation, execution and monitoring of investments in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. He started his career with Merrill Lynch in NY, USA in the Media & Entertainment IB Group.

Christina Juhasz is the Chief Investment Officer of Women’s World Banking Asset Management. She has been associated with this organization since 2007, where she has extensively worked by managing the Capital Partners Fund, directing equity investment into Women’s World Banking network members and other women-centric microfinance institutions; in order to provide responsible growth capital and demonstrate the business case for investing in women. Prior to joining the organization, she worked for the Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and the U.S. Army.

Pritesh Modi has over 20 years of extensive experience in Banking and Insurance sectors. He currently holds the position of an Insurance Investment Team Lead at DEG – Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH in Cologne, Germany. He has been associated with this organization since 2019, leading the team responsible for banking and insurance investments in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Prior to joining DEG, he worked for Leapfrog Investments (Singapore), Towers Watson (Hong Kong), HSBC Insurance, Northstar Financial Services and Tillinghast, Hartford, CT – USA.
